Hi team,

Several parents have asked for clarification about the volunteer opt-out fee if they are not swimming in meets. I wanted to clarify with the swim parents and Greta before I updated the information for you.

1. If you are registered for swim team (ages 6+) you must volunteer twice or will be charged the fee. I’m sorry if you cannot make the meets, but the fee basis for opting out has been consistent for the past several years and helps cover swim team costs. The fee is charged at the completion of the season. 

2. If you have a Guppy only, you do not need to volunteer for meets as guppies are not eligible for meets.
